DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN NIAS ISLAND

Upon arrival at Gunung Sitoli Airport, you will be greeted by our local tour guide and transferred to Lagundri Beach in Teluk Dalam. Along the journey, enjoy scenic views of lush landscapes and traditional Nias villages. Upon arrival, check in at resort or and relax by the beach.

DAY 02: BAWOMATALUO & TRADITIONAL NIAS VILLAGE TOUR

After breakfast, begin your cultural exploration of Nias Island with a visit to Botohilitano and Bawomataluo villages, famous for their traditional wooden King’s House and well-preserved megalithic culture. Discover the unique lifestyle of the Nias tribe, known for their rich traditions. On special request (with an additional charge), you may witness the famous Stone Jumping (Hombo Batu) and the Nias War Dance. The tour continues to Orahili and Hilisimaetano villages, where you can observe the daily life and customs of the local community.

DAY 03: GOMO MEGALITH TOUR EXPLORATION

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day excursion to Gomo, one of the most significant megalithic sites in Nias Island. Drive to Lahusa and explore the ancient megalith villages of Lahusa Satu, Tetegewo, Tuhegeowe, and Tundru Baho. These villages showcase prehistoric stone monuments, ancestral statues, and ritual sites, offering a fascinating glimpse into the island’s rich megalithic culture and traditions. In the afternoon, return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Breakfast at hotel. Fullday tour, drive to Lahusa and expolore to the oldest Megalith site at Lahusa Satu, Tetegewo, Tuhegeowe and Tundru Baho. Afternoon return to hotel.

DAY 04: LAGUNDRI BEACH – GUNUNGSITOLI – TUMORI TRADITIONAL VILLAGE

After breakfast at your hotel, depart from Lagundri Beach and travel north to Gunungsitoli, the capital of Nias Island. Along the way, stop at Tumori Village, known for its well-preserved traditional Nias wooden houses that reflect the island’s unique architecture and cultural heritage.
Upon arrival in Gunungsitoli, check in at hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 05: DEPARTURE FROM NIAS ISALND

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to Gunung Sitoli Airport in northern Nias for your onward flight to your next destination.
